If you have ever worked with / touched fabric from Japan {particularly the traditional like here}, you know it’s pretty dreamy. I splurged & bought 2 pieces a few days ago intent on trying to make some little baby/toddler light blankets. The opposite sides are 100% organic cotton made here in Holland. These were fun to do because they actually remind me of the books I used to bind. I rarely used any paper other than Japanese Yuzen or Washi; some patterns similar to these fabrics & the running stitch on the edge is something I would do occasionally on some of the pages.
